These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player", or "Account Holder") and alading99 (hereinafter "alading99", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at https://alading99.cam (the "Platform" or "Website").

When registering an Account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must:

• Choose a strong, unique password not used on any other platform or service;
• Never share your Account credentials with any third party;
• Log out of your Account when using shared or public devices;
• Notify alading99 customer support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your Account.

alading99 shall not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain Account security. All activity conducted through your Account — whether authorised by you or not — remains your responsibility unless you have promptly notified us of a security breach.

Each Account is for the personal use of the registered Account Holder only. Accounts may not be transferred, sold, assigned, or otherwise dealt with as between players. Any attempt to do so will result in immediate Account termination.

By using the Platform, you agree to use the Services solely for lawful, personal, and non-commercial recreational purposes. You acknowledge and accept the following terms governing your use of alading99:

All financial transactions on the alading99 Platform are conducted exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawal requests made through the Platform.

6.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is RM50 per transaction, unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method.
• Supported deposit methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank online banking, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Hong Leong online banking, and cryptocurrency (BTC/USDT).
• Deposits must originate from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in Account suspension pending investigation.
• alading99 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may impose its own fees.

6.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of KYC identity verification. First-time withdrawal requests require submission of valid government-issued identification (MyKad or passport).
• You must have met all applicable wagering requirements before funds derived from bonus promotions may be withdrawn.
• Standard e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go, Boost) are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1 to 4 business hours. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes.

8.1 Slots & Casino Games

• All slot and table games are provided by third-party software studios. Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, ensuring fairness and unpredictability of results.
• Displayed RTP (Return to Player) percentages represent the theoretical long-term return for each game title and do not guarantee any specific outcome in a single session or series of sessions.
• In the event of a technical error or disconnection during a game round, alading99 will endeavour to resolve the round based on available game-state data. Where a fair resolution cannot be determined, the affected round will be voided and the wagered amount refunded.

8.2 Sports Betting

• alading99 reserves the right to suspend, void, or recalculate any bet if an event is cancelled, postponed, abandoned, or if a manifest error is identified in the odds offered.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the alading99 Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and potential legal action:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering on behalf of another individual;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification;
• Using software, bots, scripts, algorithms, or automated tools to interact with the Platform in ways not sanctioned by alading99;
• Engaging in collusion with other players, including coordinating bets to exploit bonus promotions or manipulate game outcomes;

• Attempting to launder funds through gaming activity;

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform's content or intellectual property.

Any unauthorised use of alading99's intellectual property may give rise to a claim for damages and/or constitute a criminal offence under applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, alading99 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or Services.

This limitation applies to all claims, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or any other legal theory, and whether or not alading99 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Specific exclusions include but are not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or anticipated winnings resulting from technical failures, platform outages, or force majeure events;
• Financial losses arising from your own decisions to gamble, including losses resulting from use of bonus funds;
• Losses arising from third-party payment delays, bank processing times, or e-wallet service interruptions;
• Loss of data, loss of Account access, or disruption of service caused by circumstances beyond alading99's reasonable control.

Where liability cannot be fully excluded by law, alading99's maximum aggregate liability to any User for all claims arising in any twelve-month period shall not exceed the total deposits made by that User to their Account during that same period.

Real-money balances (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method following standard KYC verification.

13.2 Termination by alading99: alading99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the event of:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Provision of false or fraudulent information;
• Engagement in any prohibited conduct as defined in Section 9;
• Failure to satisfy age or identity verification requirements;
• Suspected money laundering, fraud, or collusion;
• Court order, regulatory directive, or other legal obligation requiring Account closure.

Where an Account is terminated by alading99 for cause, any funds derived from fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or prohibited conduct may be forfeited in their entirety. Legitimate real-money deposits (exclusive of promotional funds) will generally be returned following investigation, unless required to be held under applicable law.
